Christmas can be a difficult time when you are without those you love. Whether those in your life are in prison, living away or you have decided to cut ties remember support is always here.
Christmas is one day, do not let it get you down. You are all fantastically strong people who are surviving the extreme situation you have ended up in through no fault or choice of your own. Thank you all for the support you have given to me, you have really made a difference in my life. So even when you are at your lowest, even when Christmas feels a bit too much, remember you have helped at least one person and for that I am grateful.
Take care of yourselves, dont feel guilty for having fun. Love to you all x
