my Ex is receiving his charges this week...what happens next? Any advice on timescales etc and will it go to crown court regardless of the charges?
I think it will be obscene publication charge.

Hi there, my person was charged and then magistrates was just over two weeks later. Crown court date was set for three weeks after that xx
That happened quick. How long was your person on bail for?
My ex received charges, was at Magistrates 4 weeks later and then Crown 8 weeks after that. He had been on RUI for 16 mths up until charges x
