It's only been 7 weeks. The police have got in touch this morning to say they will issue my person court papers on Monday & he can attend magistrates on Wednesday, he does not have to attend. They do not have evidence to charge him - this will be for a sexual risk order (SRO). The media can be present. What sort of things could the media publish considering they have said they don't have evidence to charge, therefore, currently not convicted of anything? Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks
Oh wow, that's quite fast isn't it!
Sorry no advice as we're only on week 2 (almost) of this. But can I ask what he was arrested for if you don't mind?
I hope it's a positive outcome for you x

Yes.. i have experience of SRO. I have private messaged you. You need legal advice.
Hi, the media can publish anything that is said in court. The Police media department can also publish on their social media pages. Hopefully not in "your" case.
