Oh aproaching 9months on bail in couple weeks. Wondered if anyone in the northwest area had any time frame of devices checked?
Also does anyone know if bail Conditions would be dropped after 9months or would that be 12?
Also does anyone have information on stuff forensics found that you thought wasn't there or possibly deleted off newer phones?

I'm 9 months in too. Not much help with answers to your questions as I'm in similar situation. In my person's case the OIC applied to the magistrate's court to extend bail past 9 months, as that's the longest it can run without that higher approval.
I'm just dreading the next stage.

I'm in the Northwest. My OH was arrested in August 2023, police finished their investigated in February 2024 and it went court in June 2024. Magistrates then dropped all bail conditions. His probabtion officer put a referral through to SS who effectively put bail conditions back in place and they won't let him live at home. This is where we are now battling SS, it's a never ending nightmare
