Just thought I would put the post up on how did everyone get on this last week.

My new goal is more make more soup, walk 20 minutes most days and make my meals smaller. Not too small though.

How did people get on esting more healthily?

Evening!!

I thought I'd been really good - I've made soup, eaten less between meals, eaten more fruit and veg, and had a long walk.

I lost a measley half a pound......

But - it's week one of a new fresh start and I'm hoping for better results next week!!
If anyone has a really nice soup recipe they can share I'd be grateful. Fed up with tomato soup lol

Hoping everyone else has had a great week!! Xx

I've lost a magnificent 0.1lb since last week. At this rate it'll only take 2 years to lose my trauma pounds! >D

Absolutely demolished a Chinese takeaway tonight, so that won't help...

Aiming to do another big run tomorrow which will be LUSH.

I actually put on 1lb this week so haven't done very well. As i'm going on holiday soon I've decided that I'll wait until I'm back from that and then motivate myself into action, .

Lostinthewoods...the BBC Good food website is quite a good source for different soups. My favourite is Leek and Potato with garlic or cauliflower cheese soup. Not a great fan of cauliflower but it is nice in a soup.

I am also losing slowly, but it is not all about the weight loss. Just eating more healthier is a good starting point. I try and remember my dogs faces when they see fruit. Their faces light up and they get really excited. So i try and copy them it works, sometimes!

And half a pound is a pack on butter.

Turns out last night's Chinese + Ben&Jerry's is perfect fuel for a decent paced half marathon today! It was so wonderful to be out running long and free. Just got to not eat back all my calories!
