My ex went to the police station today for his update following cps and well have an update.
They have found 11 a, 6 b and 16c.
The solicitor wasn't very helpful and was someone totally different to who he has seen before. He has now got to go to court now on 25th April.
He is having a mental breakdown, I don't know what to do. All I keep getting from him is he is stressed about prison.
Idk, if anyone can help me, or give any advice I'd appreciate it as I'm really struggling.

So have they charged him. If so you'll need some legal advice. It will be magistrates. And it will be a plea hearing. They can deal with it there or it will go to crown court if they deem it too serious to be dealt with at magistrates x
Thanks for your response. His solicitor was with him today and not the usual person he sees so not even aware of what has happened prior to this. So he was basically not very supportive.

His therapist has told him to speak to stop it now. So he is going to call them. But he also doesn't know what they can do to calm him down as he isn't listening to anything, anyone is saying.

Just wanna say thanks to who reached out. It's been a hard day for many reasons today. Just sometimes feel like I don't get listened too and those that do know what is going on are all having mental breakdown so idk all of this makes you feel so low and at breaking point and it's just hard to plaster a happy face on for my LG when I feel like screaming on the inside. So really appreciate people messaging me and helping me through this. Thank you all x
Hi. I got the knock 5 weeks ago today. All I heard from him was his mental state wanting to end things and how he had been treated and so on... and I got so upset and mad that this was the focus. He at least knew what was happening and why, I didn't and was plunged into a nightmare.

Still feeling pants. I would just like a week or so wherei don't have to listen to this drama from him it's just constant and just doesn't go away.
