Well its thursday again.

So how has everyone got on?

What meals have people managed to cook this week? This does not have to be a difficult meal. I cooked some low fat M&S sausages with home made chips baked in the oven. Sometimes i put a spice on the chips to make it more interesting. I also have baked beams but i also put something in them, sometimes a little curry powder, sometimes Marmite.

I have also managed my 20 minutes but not every day but that is ok. I am doing more than i was which is our aim. Has anyone managed to do a little more moving? On youtube there are 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes exercises, and you can do at home. Xx

Ha! That measley half pound I lost last week? Found it again so I'm back where I started..... Must try harder!
Starting tomorrow - more water more veg and less sugary snacks - I'm saying this like I mean it so fingers crossed I can stick to it

hope everyone else had a better week than me!!

Sunday's my weekly weigh in (that I count) and miracle of miracles managed to lose 1.5 pounds however have probably put it on again this week. It is that time of the month that I crave chocolate and feel huge ????. It's just about making small sustainable changes now and keeping it going.

It is hard but ladies we are doing an amazing job even when we don't step on the scales!

Made myself some nice sesame and soy salmon with boiled potatoes today.

I'm 5 weeks in and lived on takeaways the last 3, barely eating the 2 before that. ????

Trying to bear in mind eating properly now.

I think with all that we have to deal with, we are all doing really well. Even thinking on healthy eating is a start. Xx
