Ever since I've seen my ex in the news it feels like it's all happening again and so fresh but this time with even more lies and manipulation. I am trying so hard to not be down but it just sneaks in.

I can't help but think about it all the time and I get people saying move on... I want to and and in many ways I have but it's just so fresh again.

plus there's the issue of when we actually met and our ages that's been more and more on my mind lately.

I go from sad, to numb to angry. I'm exhausted.

so many happy memories ruined by the known timeline. So much anger that he knew he was doing this in the background the whole time.

im struggling to sleep again and have nightmares or restless nights
