I thought to change the day of this post as it is too close to Friday check in.
How has everyones week been? Though i was good, not having a Domino pizza my daughter wanted to buy me, i still put on. But, this is probably the two meals i went out for the previous week. For some reason for some people it takes our body a week to catch up. So i spent one day throwing my toys out of the pram, but i am now back on the healthy eating. I will lose next week i am determined. I am going out this afternoon for a walk in this lovely weather. Already been to the gym this week and plan on going tomorrow after work. My line dancing is cancelled, not happy about that, so thought i would get my exercise in in a different place. I am only going swimming at the moment at the gym, which i love as its has a jacuzzi. To be honest i probably spend more time in there than in the pool but it helps me unwind. So that is a win.
I am not into planning my meals as such, as i never fancy what i have planned, but did a big shop yesterday so bought food for a couple of nice meals.
I hope everyone had a good week, and that is not just measured in weight loss, but in how we have viewed our diet. For example, if you even just thought about changing something that is a win in this journey. If you read this thread and nothing else, that is a win. Please look at things in a positive way. You are all doing the best you can.

I usually go go to Slimmimg World on a Thursday evening but couldn't go this week so have no idea whether I gained/lost weight!
However I do know I was given a Terrys Chocolate Orange for Mothers Day from my daughter, which didn't even touch the sides.....
Ah well - another week starts here, with a slimming friendly roast dinner and a new determination to be good this week xx

I also weigh on a thursday. I think even if I manage a couple of days being good its a win. As they say, leave the guilt behind, you cannot change the past. I hope you enjoyed your chocolate. X
I haven't even looked at the scales this week but I know I have stressed eaten most of the week. Trying to turn it around this week only chocolate and sweets in the house are the kids
