Under investigation but ex is allowed access to the daily journey/photos etc..

He has not seen child almost 2 yrs now, no involvement.

Yet currently school say he is still allowed in the daily diary which makes me so uncomfortable. There are obviously photos of other little girls on there too. Apparently because he still has parental rights.

Will this change once charged?

Hi,

you can go through the court process to terminate parental rights.
In my daughters daily diary there are never any other children's faces. Great care is taken by teachers to safeguard every child in their care so they are very mindful not to get anything in shot that would compromise any child's modesty.
Once charged and on SOR then it's down to the school whether they continue to allow your ex access to the online systems unless you are successful in terminating his rights xxx

My ex (my children's father) has access to everything that the school upload, it shouldn't be anything inappropriate anyways and most of it goes on their website / social media pages. I don't allow my children on social media , but they have an app where parents get sent newsletters/photos etc.

my ex is on SOR
