Family court

For context, it's been nearly 7 years since the knock for me. I ended the relationship then and I was pregnant with our now youngest child.
Because of Covid, the complexity of the case the father of my children/ ex has only been convicted for 2 years. He got 10 years on SOR but no SHPO.
I am so sick of all this crap if I'm honest. We don't get along, everything's always poor him, he's the victim, he takes absolutely no accountability despite me and the children being effected the most!
he is allowed to keep taking me back to family court, despite it not being me allowed to give him unsupervised contact.. I do as the children's services say, CAFCASS want him him to have supervised access until he's off register by that time our youngest will be 14 and I doubt his family member will keep doing the contact for that long. I'm allowed to do the contact, but honestly trying to move on with my life just seems impossible! Being in the court, brings it all back for me, I have got PTSD from all of this and having all these proffeisinals triggers it all (again). I've had no involvement from children's services for years as I ended the relationship and ensure his contact is supervised , yet I'm still the one who has to take on the toll of everything?
feels like I will NEVER be allowed to move on :(
