We had the CJSW and the family SW turn up randomly yesterday to get my understanding of things. I told then what i knew. Apparently my husband sent adult images (from Google and porn sites) were questionable on age. He was exchanging adult images when the other person set IIOC. Now social work don't think he should be living at home, even though court have said he must stay at this address when on bail. Court date is next month at sheriff court. They want him out the house or if court allow him to remain at the family home SS will be involved for the next 5 years until my daughter turns 18.

We have had so much conflicting information.
At the preliminary hearing the person representing the police said hubby couldn't have been more open and honest. The lawyer went from no chance of prison to 50/50. The police that come out keep mentioning the wrong charges and now this. I don't know what to do or think

The SW have no legal power to remove him from the property. If they can convince the court to change his bail conditions, then that is different, but it is up to the court.

Its likely that the SW will reman involved anyway, even if he does leave the house, because there will be ongoing concerns about supervised contact and so on.

They made it clear what would happen if he stays. Apparently I cannot provide supervision that they require, yet they also said I've done great with supervision over the last year. It's so contradictory.

He saw the CJSW again for last meeting and he was told they are not recommending prison and that it will most likely be supervision order to work with CJSW, a community payback order or both. They also said during that time his current bail conditions will still stand and he can stay at home. Family SW won't be allowed to chase him out as the conditions state he must stay here
