So last November my ex was charged with indecent & also making photos (by editing my family member onto the body's of abuses children) he was remanded in prison and on Friday he was sentenced to 9 months suspended for 2 years!!!! He's now moved back into my home town with his mother who is denying all the charges agains him! She promised that she'd never bring him back, because she knows how I suffer really badly with social anxiety and it been a struggle to leave the house anyway! We have a child together and I've now cut contact with them all on his side as they can't be trusted. Im now sceard to leave the house incase I bump into any of them. I've phoned the police so an injunction can be put in place, but due to the fact that no harm has come our way we can't. Even tho I explained that he also mentally abused me for years they still wouldn't accept that! What do I do next! I just want to run away.
