My ex is in court today and he's informed me the media is there. He obviously moved out as soon as this happened so I'm just wondering will they use my address or his new current one? I'm so scared my house will be targeted.

They usually use the address of the arrest and the current address.

Sorry i can't offer any advice as I'm not at that point yet. Following this post as this is also one of my biggest fears about the whole thing!

If it's any help, my OH had moved out and it was his new address which was reported.

The plea hearing took about 4 days to appear in the press, the sentencing was up in about 4 hours.

it's understandable to feel anxious about media coverage. Typically, reports use the individual's current address, especially if they've moved out. Stay strong—you're not alone.

They do not give out the whole address. They give the name of the road only, not the number.

Edel2020... still a worry if you live on a small street, won't take long for people to work it out unfortunately
