Evening lovlies x

Thank you for asking about HC and his wellbeing, he is feeling a lot better but not 100% but was lovely to see him, my daughters BF also came on the visit today which is always lovely to see him have another face to see other than us two :-)

Even though he wasn't feeling that hungry he managed to have the following

6 x Crumpets

4 slices of toast

2 x Cheese sandwiches

2 x bananas

Chocolate donut

Crunchie burst icecream

Fruit and nut chocolate bar

Boost chocolate bar

2 x cheese and ham sandwiches

Pot of pringles

Bag of crisps

Bag of salted peanuts

Sausage roll

Washed down with 2 x Oasis

He was feeling a bit better :-) xx

HC lost weight when he first went in , totally agree with you on the prison food ( the chicken leg they have on a Sunday is usually under cooked) HC very rarely eats the food so relies heavily on his canteen all though it mostly crisps, chocolate etc and his protein drinks)

Visits are the time he can have toast and crumpets & sandwiches ( still not great but its something)
