My hubby is in court tomorrow for the final hearing. His lawyer told him to plead guilty to get it over with quickly, even though the cyber report etc has proven he was telling the truth and didn't ask for the images or go looking for it.



CJSW recommended community payback order and supervision with her. She doesn't think custodial is necessary

Family SW isn't going to be happy with any sentence other than prison. They also think I don't know what the charges are or that I'm minimising them and are trying to force me into making a decision about my relationship and got all moody when they were informed I had taken advice from a person trained in such matters from this organisation. Apparently they hadn't heard of Stop it Now yet the month before they told me to contact them. SS are liars too. The things they claim we said were not said etc it's a nightmare

all I've done all morning is cry
