Me again sorry!!

the supervision order is with his CJSW for 3 years. No one explained to him what the means or anything? I assume it's not a SHPO as they are for a minimum of 5 years in Scotland.

It's frustrating isn't it when you can prove that yet they still have to pass sentence. We will find out more tomorrow hopefully. I just want to know where we stand. We don't know any conditions etc

We never heard another thing from social work he had one joint meeting with his police liaison who checked his phone when they came after the second visit they didn't even check his mac computer basically said it should never have gotten to court police visited 3 times in the year, his supervision was literally 5 minutes each time and his community payback order he did outwith our area due to media coverage had it done in no time

He has 240 hours community payback which is 6 1/2 hours per week. Just glad the "what if" part is over. At least now we know what is happening if that makes sense

As far as I can tell, this is a supervision requirement, which forms part of a Community Payback Order. It is not a supervision order. That is for children.

The details should be in the CPO, and they should have a post sentence meeting with the CJSWR within 5 days of sentencing, where the CPO is explained to them.

He had a meeting today and he was handed his conditions and absolutely nothing was explained other than "we need to phone to sort your unpaid work" he replied saying that had been done yesterday when he got home and starts next week and she was like "oh. Right. That was a bit fast" urgh. He's doing what he's told and it's a bit fast? Is it me

What An absolute farce. You wouldn't believe it unless you're experiencing it. The errors, lack of information and mistakes in this system are shocking. And we're the ones breaking our necks trying to make sure we do everything that you're supposed to. I dread to think what would happen with someone who wasn't engaging, wasn't remorseful and just didn't bother. They could just disappear off the face of the earth and authorities would be none the wiser. Where's that facepalm

It's worse now he has his conditions. 3 different people (CJSW, police and lawyer) interpret them completely differently so we don't know the actual meaning of the conditions
