So we've just been served with MBA letters. As suggested by someone here I requested minutes of the core group meetings, they have only given me the most recent one.
Aparently on the 10/04/25 they had a strategy discussion as dad is not adhering to licence/visor conditions.
I have messaged to ask if they could elaborate she messaged back I’ve emailed the IRO around the conference minuets as they guided what is shared etc. With the STRAT and not adhering, be best to chat though when I see next week. I've told her I'd like to know sooner.
Would his visor officer or probation not told him if he was doing something he shouldn't.
I know this is untrue as he follows rules religious and wouldn't risk not seeing our daughter.

is this something I should/could complain about? This is a pretty serious accusation to make.
thank you x

if they are making false allegations then yes report they aren't being professional and have personal feelings on the situation. if they are reporting false allegations including them in their reports hoping they will go unnoticed or whatever then yes don't be bullied into a lie especially by people whom are supposed to be helping x
