Partner’s instagram is all young girls in underwear

My partner was arrested for possession of indecent images of children a year ago but he was seen as a low level risk. I've looked at his instagram recommended pages and it's all very young girls (8/9 year olds) dancing in their underwear. I've always believed his version of events until now. I don't know what to think. Please help.
Hi, what is his version of events? I'm sorry you find yourself here. I don't know what to say other than he's clearly looking for images of very young children. That's an enormous red flag. Please don't look at any more of it for your own sanity and also, wouldn't want you to get dragged into it all. X
I'm so so sorry that you've found yourself here hun, I can't imagine how devastated you must be feeling after looking through his instagram.
It's incredibly hard to link the man you know to the man that is capable of these crimes. I've found the inform course very helpful in understanding the crimes and the legal process. Talking forward is also an amazing network to get involved with if you think you would benefit from peer support.
From a practical side, what you've found is quite serious and might potentially be classed as class B or C material. I would be confronting him with this and telling his officer in charge?

After my husband was arrested other things fell into place. The signs were there - I just couldn't see them or maybe even didn't want to see them.
Hi Lottie - if he has denied ever searching for images like this then yes this has big implications and I'm so sorry as it looks like his algorithms are sending similar things to what he's searched for historically.
If he has admitted to doing it then he should delete his Instagram account asap because they will keep on coming and if he's trying to turn over a new leaf why put himself in the way of temptation again.

Have some of you watched 'the dark side of kidfluencing' documentary on Netflix? It was jaw dropping. Hits home a little differently I think in our positions. That said please have an open conversation with your husband. He could be innocent as I do get random unrelated feed myself, or he could very well be interested in children but trying to stick to legal material which is available legally and freely in abundance.
