We are currently on a CIN plan and they've said multiple times they won't allow him home until the kids are 18 (they're 13 & 16)

We had one assessment last July where it closed after 30 days as he was staying elsewhere.

bail conditions then changed to allow him home with approval of children's services, that triggered another assessment which was hell. They said yes then on Christmas Eve rang us to say they changed their minds. We then got out in a CIN plan which includes monthly meetings with school and college, planned and unplanned visits and a risk assessment each despite two assessments saying him a protective parent with robust safety plan.

we've both done the inform courses too.

I assume it won't go back to normal overnight.

He was arrested for downloading one image via KIK messenger.

My understanding from reading about other people's experiences is that an NFA very very much doesn't mean an automatic end to SS involvement. I would proactively contact them before changing anything.

Hi, I'd contact SS's in writing and ask. Good luck. X

It depends on the Local Authority and whether they deem for any potential risk to exist based on the original offence. Its just all down to opinions to be honest x
