Are all charges described as pseudo photograph?
Or is that only if they're not acutal images or videos of people?

Bumping to hope someone can help
A pseudo photograph is something created artificially that looks like a real photo. Photoshopped images, or AI generated ones are most common.
Thanks edel!
So if on the shpo it just states pseudo photograph it wouldn't have been an actual photograph or video?
The whole way through they never mentioned it was pseudo and my person claimed he never clicked the link so didn't know what was in there but plead guilty to sharing the link (and by doimg that shared what it contained including iioc). I know it doesn't change in terms of the law but if he didn't even know it was pseudo because he didn't click the link it goes far in letting me know he was being honest with not clicking it.. if that makes sense.

Pseudo pictures are computer generated but are treated the same as real images in law. That's because most of these "fake" images are modelled and created from real child abuse images. My ex has just been sent to prison for possession of pseudo images.

As the other have said pseudo images are lifelike images which have been photoshopped or AI generated, they are included in the IIOC legislation as they are difficult or impossible to decern from real images.
If the images are clearly not real children i.e. drawings or cartoon images such as anime, manga etc. then they would be dealt with under the prohibited images legislation.
