Argh. The press make me SO angry.

Why are they allowed to post pictures and refer to people who are not even in the case.

Who is the picture of and where did they get it from? I would strongly recommend removing your personal data off the internet where press or public can get at it and reuse.

Some people come off social media and remove images and references to their partner from the internet. I've removed a load of justgiving fundraising pages and deactivated all social media. If they've published YOUR personal information you could write to them and ask them to take it down or ask how you complain as it's your data and if you didn't made it freely available they need a valid reason to use it under GDPR.

If you go to court you can walk in separately or take a change of clothes so you're not photographed or recognised

Hi Grenade, I'm planning to seperate from my husband soon. He's due for his 2nd bail renewal at the end of July, already they've already advised him to expect it to be extended again. If that happens I can't see any charges and court till next Spring. Unless the evidence shows otherwise, he's guilty of downloading and viewing IIOC. Lots of people, including professionals in this area think it possibly won't hit the media as its no longer salacious enough. But you just never know. Would you remove all references on social media as soon as possible? Photos, albums, posts etc. My FB profile is already private, my Instagram isn't as its my business page, but due to the nature of what i do i post a few personal things on there too. Thanks xx
