So my husband's solicitor has said that he has been informed that a summons was issued on 17/01 and to expect it in the post and to call once it has arrived and he will advise of the process.
This was for a separate offence of outrage and public decency?? And we have to wait 15mths for the 2nd offence of images and distribution.If he attends the summons what happens? They have only had a voluntary interview so far and we were waiting to see if he needed to do an ID video but now this?? I am so scared of what to expect can anyone advise? TIA
