Case update. Help?

Arrested for distributing iioc on kik a year ago. Nothing found on any devices but got reports from kik of several accounts with ip address, so just wanted to give a heads up to anyone dealing with kik images. My oh is getting all. His devices back because they were clear but still going to be charged with distribution all categories. Maybe like 40 50 A. I know the starting point is 3 years. Oic said he will get full credit for admitting it. Is he still likely to go to jail? First offence. Has 2 kids. Cares for his mum. Just wondered if anyone has experience of someone distributing images not go to jail?? All is moving more quickly now. Will probably get charging decision this month.
