Do CIN plans affect work

For those of you who have allowed contact, does your child then automatically go on to a child in need plan even if all safety steps are put in place e.g. supervision from family member, we're not together anymore etc. and theres no concerns about you as a parent.
If you work with children does having your own children on a child in need plan affect your work? Have you been referred for fitness to practice or anything?

you don't automatically go onto CIN, my kids have never been on a plan.
I started a job in a school this year and it asked if I'd ever been involved in a child protection plan either personal or professional life xxx
