I know this is cheeky asking but i guess you could say im getting desperate at this point.....does anyone have a bit of guidance on how to do a really good in depth safety plan or potentially one I could take a read of(and not copy just for inspiration!) I'm not the best at writing things up and I feel I really need to do one to show to social services how serious I am about being able to supervise! At this moment they just keep saying no but compliment how hard I'm trying it's madness
thankyou in advance :,)

My family safety plan started with... This safety plan is a living document. Review, suggestions and recommendations by all are encouraged. This document will be reviewed and updated periodically. Then I listed the trusted adults. These people are all aware of and support the safety plan. Then I wrote.... The family safety plan is built on the following three foundational principles. 1. Good communication within the family and with SS. 2. Supportive relationships. 3. Appropriate rules and boundaries. Each of the three sections has bullets with details
My safety plan included phased steps of increasing contact. So on the second page there's a table with different contact types and what that would look like. The headings in the table are step #, contact type, and what does this look like. My kids had no contact for many months so a phased return was appropriate. It started with phone calls and we are now at home visits supervised by me.
Hope this gets you started. Let me know if you have any other questions

Oh that's great help thankyou! I just struggle how to word myself a lot of the time and can't find any suitable templates to refer to, I want to make it social services proof as in they can't twist a word i say but they always seem to find a way and im sick of their assumptions it's their opinion and that doesn't make it right, the word concern actually goes through me since ive had to deal with them.
tbh im not even sure if it's worth it but after they've said their only concern is my 13 years relationship with my husband I need to go one step higher and give them nothing to pick at! I'll reassure them somehow :,) I hope.
