Hi everyone, firstly, thanks so much for this forum, i have been reading the posts for the last few months and they have been so helpful and helped me feel less alone.
My story is that i was separated from my husband due to cheating and then the police knocked on the door in January this year to say they had arrested him as they had found videos that he had taken of my daughter (his step daughter) from a hidden camera in the bathroom from when she was around 11 years old. Also found images on his phone. This was obviously a huge shock and she is now receiving counselling. We are waiting for it to be sent to cps at the moment.
My question is has anyone else been in this kind of situation? We are going through a divorce and feel really begrudged having to pay him any money from the house after everything, i have been paying the mortgage alone for the last 2 years and his behavour has come out as appauling. Really worried how this is all going to turn out. Anyone else managed to get the house signed over to them?
