Hi all,

So it's been a little while, roughly a month/6 weeks since my last post, and I just wanted to update and ask a little advice.

So my person has started his community service, and has probation tomorrow, it's never bleeding ending or so it feels. It's just dawned on my bar the risk assesment at pre sentencing report stage, he hasn't had one, will he get one now or? I don't know if anyone does please let me know when your person's was.

I've finally started therapy for this sh!t show, and it's going ok as can be.... I guess. Having to relive it all again though. I'm still trying to type up my complaint about the treatment I recieved ( being left at the road side, told I couldn't complain and it being a massive trigger to ptsd etc ) and quoting from the college of policing handbook, do they even go by this? I'm a little nervous about putting my complaint in, as I don't want them to take it out on my person. It's going to be bad enough that I need to tell his offending manager that she can not just arrive at our home due to the ptsd and it being a major trigger, ( I'll also get my therapist to put this in writing for me too ) and to make an appointment with my person so I can avoid being in.

Sending you all some great big hugs and lots of love on your journeys. As per ill pop on and off.... but for now I'm vamping up for the birthday celebrations starting next weekend and the weekend after.

Take care.

Tinkabella! Xx

My person was risk assessed as part of his pre sentence meeting with probation.

I believe the offender manager also does on going risk assessments when they visit which helps determine how often the visits need to be.

I find I am having to read up on it all , the solicitor ignores my emails. It's pretty demoralising as I can't work out why he can't be bothered. It must be because it's a legal aid job. Even the do's and dont's of being on the SOR

Winnie we're the same, we're just following everything to the letter, so basically not deleting anything from his devices, If we went back to his solicitor now to ask advice she'd charge and even though the case was legal aid and closed at sentencing, we still had to pay her £600+ to get his device back, as the police wanted to be pains in the asse$ over returning it even though the judge said we could have it back.

I'm dreading the next visit from his offending manager, cause she can't answer anything neither can probation.... honestly it's a nightmare. Xx
