PPu risk assessment

My husband had his risk assessment done yesterday my his ppu offcer he had been on the register for 4 years now she was asking him if he has had any sexual relationship with anyone and what are his future plans in the next 5 years is it normal for them to ask about his sexual relationship and also if he is thinking to get back with me she also said if he was to get in to a relationship he needs to inform her x
They can ask any questions they want, but he does not have to answer them, unless he has an SHPO that says he must disclose a new relationship.
If the other person has young children though, then there are rules about spending more than 12 hours in a house where a child lives and if he did that, he would have to notify it.

My person has no SHPO but they asked to search his things..
they can do what they want and unfortunately if you don't answer it looks like you're being dishonest. I do understand asking about relationships - if I was to date again I'd want to know if I was having my children around someone with this conviction?

P.s. I ended the relationship soon as the knock happened for us.. over 7 years and I still get asked if I'd take him back. We're now divorced and the fact of still gets brought up to me is just ridiculous x
