Can a court remove a child if all reports are positive???

my social have taken us to PLO despite us cooperating with EVERYTHING, they said they've only done this for funding for courses as suddenly my husband is high risk based on lies from probation, is this just because of of my husband???

they won't remove a child from a mother that adores them and has all positive reports right?? I'm so scared but know I haven't done wrong, I'm with my Husbsnd but never allowed unsupervised contact, I'll be okay right?? My baby is my world and comes before anything, they won't remove a safe child right?? They have said don't worry it's just because they want funding for 3rd party assesments but get scared as family are saying they've only done this to take my baby away...but theres No concerns, tell me im worrying too much??

Hi xx

I'm so sorry you're encountering this. I promise, social services will not remove. They have extremely high thresholds for removal and there's no way they could meet these in this circumstance xx

Thankyou :,)

I know my husband is classed high risk so in my head if anyone would be punished it would be him right?

I never allow any unsupervised contact so surely as long as that's the case we're fine, just get scared. I've sent a social a silly long message saying I'm so scared and now don't know if I've been stupid by doing so....guess I'm only human but it seems they twist any bit of emption I have to me being "vulnerable" and easy to manipulate, I give up xx

just hope he comes home soon and they allow me to manage risk I hope high risk people come home, he's only high risk as they're saying he doesn't understand but he actually does, he's just useless with his words xx
