Hi this is my first post. I got 'the knock' yesterday and it has turned my world upside down. My husband has admitted to having images on his computer. The police took his computer and told us to try and get on with things normally. Then today Social Services knocked. We have 2 teens in the house. They have asked my husband to leave the family home and said the assessment can take 12 weeks and depending on what they hear and decide from this will decide if he is allowed back in the family home. Is this true?? Am I getting my hopes up? Husband has not been charged or arrested or anything and they said can take 2 years to even get to this stage. He is remorseful 100% and I have decided to give him a chance. My kids are a mess that there dad not here. Any advice greatly appreciated.
