Police arrived last week stating son had an image on his phone, they had a look on his phone and the detective said it was clean and asked if he another phone, which he doesn't!

He was taken to the station and was released 3.5 hours later.

He has admitted to us that he was talking to another adult who sent a pic of a 15 year old girl they then had a fantasy chat,he has said that there is no other photos and he has not looked at CP but does have an addiction with Adult porn,he is now getting help with this.

On asking some questions what category the pic was he said he was not told,so went through the list, not to all of them,I said it has to be one of them and he said she had a bikini on! So what category does that come under?

I have googled and it is an offence apparently.

Just the long wait now to see what happens and hopefully he has told the truth and there is no more horrible surprises.

A picture of a 15 year old in a bikini would not meet the indecency test, unless they were posing in a suggestive way. If the photo were taken without consent, then it could be voyeurism, but if the device is clean, then it will be difficult for the police to take it any further.
