My dad was arrested in May due to a vigilante group knocking on their door they live streamed it to Facebook and shared it with multiple local facebook pages, they also tipped off the local press (they couldn't name him though) In my experience so far we have had no backlash as a family just love and support for what he has put us through. He hasn't been charged yet although he's admitted what he's done so it possibly might get worse when they formally name him in the local press. I do hope you receive no backlash we are all put in this situation through no fault of our own :-(
