Hi all

we have recently moved to a new area. And it seems that they do things a lot differently here. But I'm not sure how normal this is and if I should be worried!

basically my husband is having his devices checked right now (like as I type this). They have bought a van and took his devices out to check them all in the van. This never happened in our old area. And I don't know if this is normal or if it's because he lost his phone at the weekend? (It also definitely seems suspicious and I am worried about what the neighbours will think even though all are unmarked)

either way. It's taken me right back to the knock (4 years ago) and had really messed with my MH. I've been working while this is going on but have had to step away form my computer as I can't stop crying. I'm so stressed. I trust my husband but I'm not sure I can trust my own judgment fully as, like most of us, I would never have thought my husband would have done anything like this is the first place (communication with decoys).

we have come so far in 4 years. And I'm so proud of what we have achieved and how far he has come. But this has really knocked me down.

does anyone have any advise of how to cope with the visits from the VISOR teams and these device checks?

thanks all.

Every police force operates differently. But anytime a device goes missing, that would raise alarm bells. They always assume the worst. Did he report the phone as stolen straight away?

That seems a bit harsh normally they're quite good and very discreet about it. I would query why they've done it and why they haven't been so discreet about it,,,!,, it seems unfair that you've moved and tried to put this all behind you and it's almost as if the police are rubbing it in your face not right at all x
