Holidays to Disneyland

Hello everyone, just looking for some advice really.
Husband is being investigated for link to an upload to the internet. Currently RUI and social services have allowed him to be home following safety plan of no unsupervised contact and have closed their involvement for now. He is however on SOR for previous unrelated offence from 2016, indecent exposure due to alcohol abuse. My question is about holidays and the new ETIAS that are supposedly due to come in late this year. We have a child who is 2 and obsessed with Disney, I so desperately want to take her to Disneyland Paris, especially before the ETIAs come into place incase we will never be able to go again as a family. Is there any obstacles that we will face at the moment whilst he hasn't been convicted but still under investigation? Do we need to ask permission from anyone like officer in charge, solicitor, that kind of thing and if it would be frowned upon or make the situation worse. We have a strong safety plan in place and drafted another one for holidays.
I'm worried if we don't go and wait until he is convicted that he may not be allowed to go once the ETIAS are in place. I'm just in two minds about what to do.

My understanding is that if you meant one of the USA Disney parks you would have to get a visa for him and most likely that would be refused, sorry :( There is always Disneyland Paris (or even Japan although i have no idea about entry requirements for there) as unlike the U.S., France usually won’t refuse entry just because of being on the sex offenders register. The real limitation is whether UK authorities restrict his travel but that sounds unlikely for him. You would of course need to check on T&C for the Disney parks and notify the police although again I'm not sure if the rules are different from UK notification requirements for an overseas trip. Hopefully someone who has actually looked into a trip to Disney or had one will come along to advise you.
We went to Disneyland Paris no issues post conviction whilst on the SOR. Mosovo thoroughly supportive. We didn't stay on site to make it cheaper but there was nothing in the t&c when we checked.
You should have zero restrictions on going right now if RUI, but bear in mind this could change at any point if they call you back for charges and you can't know when this might happen.
Etias isn't compulsory til 2027 so you should have a little while of being able to go even post conviction, after etias comes in I think it will probably get harder to travel in the EU although each country will look at factors differently I expect

The current investigation should have no impact on your ability to travel, as he is RUI there are no restrictions to him doing anything.
Still being on SOR from previous offence might have an impact, obviously he would have to inform them of travel plans and they could choose to inform the authorities in whichever country you were planning to travel to who could decide not to allow him entry.
Also as others have said visas could be an issue particularly if you were planning on one of the US parks.
