Hi, my partner has done the horizon course. It was in a group setting and lasted about 11 months (a 2 hour session each week). He found it very useful. If I remember correctly he had a one to one session before it started and then at the end of the course xxx
There are about 10 to 12 men in each group and 2 probation officers. They do not talk about the offending directly and it is a very friendly and supportive atmosphere. A lot of the focus is on coping skills and looking forward not backwards.
