It's been a while but here goes.
my husband broke his conditions and accessed the internet on a smart phone. The police found it on one of their random visits. SS came today and told me my kids are no longer safe so I had to tell them to keep him away from the house. SS have said he's no longer allowed to talk to or see the kids at the moment.
They checked the phone and he's been watching YouTube and accessing American football and football websites. Apparently he's going back to court for breach. What are the likely consequences

Breach of an SHPO has lots of different categories, depending on how serious it was. If no harm was caused, then a fine or community order is most likely outcome.
Hi
He wasn't meant to be on the internet at all or have a phone that he can use to access it. He's to go back to court. We have separated now because me and the kids don't need all the stress it's brought and SS don't want him at the house at all now. He had used the phone fo YouTube, sports websites and to listen to music
