Virtual gathering November 2025

Dear Forum Members,
Thank you once again to everyone who attended or expressed interest in our last virtual gathering. We were truly encouraged by the level of engagement and enthusiasm.
We’re pleased to announce that our next online meeting will take place on Monday, 10th November, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Due to the high level of interest, we will prioritise places for those who registered last time but were unable to attend due to our limited capacity and those who have not previously attended one of these meetings. Please note that spaces are limited and we may not be able to contact all outstanding individuals this time. If you’re not allocated a place this time, you will be prioritised for future gatherings.
However, if additional spaces become available and we can open for new interest, we will post an update to invite further users to express their interest.

Hi I am due to attend the forum tomorrow but cannot access the egress email. I have tried downloading the app but still can't get in. I am worried I will not be able to join the meeting tomorrow night.

To help resolve this, we’ve resent the email with a direct link to the meeting that you should now be able to open without using Egress. Please let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
