My ex's story has came out in papers today worse than I thought had been looking at and TAKING pics since 2015!!! Including animals! I feel sick. Also the justice system is so wrong all he got 225 hours unpaid work n 3 years on register and keeping job. Absolute joke! I can now move on though.
I think I remember you had tried to reach out to the courts to prevent having to find from the media :( but at least you finally know and you are more than welcome to find support here and that you can move on.
I'm surprised that if he made (produced) iioc that he didn't get custodial since that is one of worst charges. Maybe the media have mislead with regard to 'making' being used in the charges which essentially means making a copy of a file rather than taking original footage- still a horrible thought I know that your ex was involved in iioc. It is more common than many would think that animal abuse also is involved. My partner was the same and I was disappointed that the courts didn't seem to even mention this during sentencing, since I'm also an animal lover.

Making mean that they have been stored on the computer. Production is when you psychically make them. If that was the case it would be a contact offence. Unfortunately that is not a high number, my hb had over 5000 and 33000 searches he got 10nths but even that was a shock as everyone thought he would get a suspended sentence. You never know how it's going togo. Hugs

I've been getting threats from his sister tonight because I shared a post about it she was commenting about how I stayed with him then slept in same bed as him etc so now everyone will hate me too my anxiety has flared up and I'm feeling really low. She wrote about how I moved in with him and his family last year (only after having a mental breakdown taking an overdose and having no where else to stay!) she was saying how I slept in same bed as him and then everyone turned on me she's also been posting things about me on her fb any advice to get over this? It's lead to me and my current partner falling out as he's annoyed I retaliated to her about how she had her kids near him when he shouldn't have been due to bail conditions, I've deactivated my fb for now but feel so low. His family are trying to say the stuff in paper is false but I doubt it
I would recommend not responding to anyone who is related or known to your ex. He is your ex partner and would be best for you to cut him out completely if possible. His family are understandably on the defence and it seems like they are deflecting on you.

I just hate being made to look like the bad one for trying to stick by him no one understands or gets it until they're in that position now I'm worried everyone will be hating me and after me too as the whole town is up in arms over what he's done
